Thing you like most about insurance: I love building relationships with people, first. Second, I love helping clients find solutions through our risk management process. Too often, I believe an insurance agent’s solution is an insurance policy to cover exposures. There are other ways to treat risk, and I enjoy being a problem solver and “leased” risk manager for my clients to identify and discuss those before purchasing an insurance policy.
