After spending six years in public education as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal, the fourth generation “Miller” to join the business did so by opening an office in Indianapolis. Located in one of five Indianapolis’ cultural districts, Broad Ripple, Chad helped grow our geographic footprint. 

The Indianapolis office continued to grow organically until August 2019 when the agency partnered with a 3rd generation family agency with deep Indianapolis roots, Jim Hardin & Sons Insurance. With agencies built on similar values, and offices that were only a Par 4 away from each other, the partnership was a natural fit. Tom Hardin continues to serve multi-generational clients that his family’s agency has served for many decades.

To help support the growth, Nick Amor, joined the team in December 2019. Nick cut his insurance chops in the captive agency world before joining MIG. Nick grew up just a few miles from our Bremen office, but was a stand out athlete at Laville High School. Smartly, Nick married a Bremen graduate! He and his wife Hope (Jordan) reside in Rocky Ripple.
